Acceptance of Terms
In case you are using our website or submitting a manuscript to Fastlane Research Journals, you undertake to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By using this website or sending your work to be reviewed, you are automatically agreeing to these terms in their entirety.
User Responsibilities
You promise to act within the legal requirements when using the website and the submission platform.
The user is solely liable for the preservation of their account information and any actions under the account.
You must not use the website to promote unlawful activities, such as malicious programs, hacking or attacking the rights of others.
Manuscript Submission
When you send the manuscript up for consideration, you thereby declare that you alone or together with your co-authors, own the copyright of the work and are eligible to publish the work.
Each manuscript must conform to the style of the journal and be submitted with a statement to the following effect: ‘This work has not been published before and is not being considered for publication by any other journal’.
The editorial board accepts, rejects or invites authors to revise their manuscripts according to the results of the double blind peer review and internal screening.
Peer Review Process
Papers to be published in Fastlane Research Journals will be subjected to a review by other scholars to meet the standards of academic work.
Editors may require writers to change their manuscripts according to what the reviewers are suggesting. If these comments are not apparently dealt with, the manuscript may be rejected.
The identity of the reviewers used in the process shall not be disclosed due to the peer review process being a rather sensitive process unless the reviewer and the author of the paper agree to do otherwise.
Publication and Copyright
On acceptance of the manuscript, the Editor shall transfer copyright of the manuscript to the authors, however, the authors grant Fastlane Research Journals the rights to publish, reproduce, communicate, transmit and disseminate the manuscript electronically while preserving the integrity of the manuscript. Authors are directly responsible for seeking permission to reproduce any third party material that might be used in the manuscript. Every published article shall be freely shared to readers under a license to copy, distribute the material subject to acknowledging the source and author.
Open Access Policy
Fastlane Research Journals is an open-access publisher. All articles that are published with us are open access meaning that more people get to read and engage with them.
To cater for the expenses of open access policy and other costs incidental to the publication, authors or their organizations are likely to be charged a publication fee.
Plagiarism and Ethical Standards
Fastlane Research Journals holds no tolerance for plagiarism and unethical research practices. Papers that used plagiarized content will not be accepted and the authors may be barred from submitting their work again.
Some of the essential requirements that authors are required to meet include: The research study being ethical and having been approved by the appropriate ethics committee example being Institutional Review Boards when human or animal subject has been used in the study.
Conflicts of Interest
To avoid compromising the research’s neutrality, authors are required to present a note of any possible conflict of interest that may be traced into their research.
Reviewers and editors are also expected to declare any conflict of interest and refrain from processing any manuscripts in conditions when a conflict is present.

Neither Fastlane Research Journals nor any of its employees, contractors or agents shall be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any direct or indirect damage incurred as a result of the use of the website and the content provided as well as the services offered.

Fastlane Research Journals cherish and value the private life of our users and shall protect all information that clients offer while applying for a publication or account creation.
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of communication and publication only, and third parties will not be served the identified information without the consent of the individuals except as legally allowed.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions, in their entirety, signify the agreement entered into between Fastlane Research Journals and the User when accessing our Digital Library, and therefore any changes made to these Terms and Conditions from time to time will be implemented upon the User’s continued use of the services offered in the Digital Library. Everyone, including the authors themselves and the users, will be informed of substantial changes.
The website user or a submitter cannot alter previous terms and conditions without knowledge of the changes after their submission; they may continue to use the website or submission platform as is after changes are made meaning the terms and conditions apply to them again.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fastlane Research Journals operate.
